These terms apply to the Enterprisemesh website and to counselling engagements booked through it.

Acceptance
By accessing https://enterprisemesh.digital or booking employment consulting services with Enterprisemesh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request sessions.
Services described
Enterprisemesh provides career counselling and related consultations for recent graduates entering the German employment market. Website content is informational. A binding counselling engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing and you accept the stated fee and timing.
No placement guarantee
Counselling improves preparation and clarity. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, visa outcomes, or salary levels. We do not act as a recruitment agency placing candidates into employer vacancies.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and original materials produced by Enterprisemesh remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your CV, cover letters, and personal documents. Session plans prepared for you may be used for your personal job search only and may not be resold or published as commercial templates.
User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information in forms and sessions, refrain from abusive behaviour toward staff, and avoid submitting unlawful content through the contact form.
Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Enterprisemesh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from employment decisions you make after counselling. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may favour your place of residence.
