How we work

From first message to a workable search plan

A clear sequence for employment consulting with recent graduates—so you know what happens before, during, and after each counselling session in Germany.

1

Intake

You send a short note with your degree, language levels, preferred cities, and whether you already have interviews booked. We confirm whether Graduate Career Counselling, document review, interview prep, or a workshop seat fits best.

2

Preparation

Before we meet, we ask for your current Lebenslauf and any job ads you care about. That homework lets the session start with specifics instead of a long discovery monologue.

3

Counselling session

In person in Sprendlingen or by video, we map market fit, rewrite priorities, and rehearse answers where needed. You leave with a written action list tied to dates you can keep.

4

Follow-up window

Flagship counselling includes email follow-up for fourteen days with resource links and clarification on the plan. Many graduates book a second session once applications or interview notes exist.

What we will not promise

We do not guarantee job offers, place you into vacancies, or replace immigration legal advice. Our craft is counselling: clearer documents, sharper targeting, and calmer interview preparation for the German graduate market.
