Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Eligibility overview

Fees paid for Enterprisemesh consultations may be refunded or credited according to the timing of cancellation and whether work has already started. This policy applies to career counselling and related sessions described on our consultations pages—not to products we do not sell.

Cancellation timeframe

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time for a full refund of prepaid session fees, or a free move to a new slot within thirty days. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the session may receive a 50% refund or a partial credit toward a future booking. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable.

Work already started

If you have already received a completed document review package or written session plan, that portion of the fee is non-refundable. Unused follow-up sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis when cancelled under the 48-hour rule, minus any deposit that was designated non-refundable in your confirmation email.

Workshops

Workshop seats may be cancelled for a full refund up to seven days before the event. Inside seven days, you may transfer your seat to another graduate or receive a 50% refund if we can fill the place. Materials prepared specifically for a private cohort booking may be charged even if attendance drops, as stated in that cohort quote.

Deposits

Deposits securing multi-session packages or private workshops are credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once preparation work has begun or within the cancellation windows above—whichever applies first and was stated in your booking confirmation.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking when requested at least 48 hours ahead. Further reschedules may carry an administrative fee of €15, disclosed before confirmation.

Refund process and timing

Email info@enterprisemesh.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or sudden interview invitations on the employer side may allow goodwill rescheduling outside the standard windows; we decide case by case and confirm in writing. Statutory consumer rights in Germany remain unaffected where they apply.
