Who you meet
Sessions are led by practitioners who have guided graduates through Lebenslauf revisions, city choices, and first-contract questions across Rheinland-Pfalz and neighbouring regions. We work in English and review German application materials when that is the language of your search.
Why we focus on graduates
Mid-career coaching and graduate counselling are not the same craft. Recent graduates often lack internship stories that sound complete, hold degrees that HR does not immediately recognise, or underestimate how much German level shapes which roles reply. Our employment consulting stays inside that reality: concrete documents, concrete cities, concrete next appointments.
How we work with you
We listen first, then challenge soft assumptions. If Munich is unaffordable for your field, we say so. If your Anschreiben reads like a personal essay, we tighten it. You remain the author of every application; we supply structure, market context, and honest feedback.
