Graduate Career Counselling is our flagship offer for people finishing university and stepping into the German labour market. Many graduates leave campus with strong subject knowledge yet little clarity on how German employers read applications, how Probezeit works, or which cities actually hire in their field.
In each session we stay concrete: we look at your qualifications against typical Stellenausschreibungen, name gaps that matter, and separate wishful targets from reachable ones. You leave with a plan that fits your German level, willingness to relocate, and timeline—not a generic motivational talk.
Sessions suit both German graduates and international graduates already living in or preparing to move to Germany. We work in English, and we can review German-language documents when that is the language of your applications.
